About Mango Turkish Delight Recipe

Turkish Delight is a rose flavoured candy, dusted with powdered sugar. I have prepared with Mango flavour. This dessert is made during a time of Ramzan. Let us see how to prepare.

Mango Turkish Delight

Ingredients to make Mango Turkish Delight

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 8 gram agar agar
  • 2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut powder

How to make Mango Turkish Delight

  1. First soak agar agar(china grass) into half cup water.
  2. Take 2 big mangoes peet it, chopped it, blend this mango cubes with electric blender.
  3. Heat a vessel, add water and add soaked china grass into this.
  4. Stir continuously.
  5. After 15 minutes strain this china grass water.
  6. Now heat a vessel add china grass water.
  7. Now add sugar and mango pulp.
  8. Now soak cornflour in 1/4 cup water.
  9. Add this cornflour slurry into mango pulp.
  10. Stir continuously.
  11. Take a mould.
  12. Add mango mixture into the mould.
  13. Keep this mould in fridge.
  14. Now cut It into a small pieces.
  15. Now rolled this pieces into desicated coconut powder.
  16. Your delicious Mango Turkish delight is ready.
  17. Serve chilled.
