Ash Gourd Piyush

Ingredients to make Ash Gourd Piyush

  • curd 1 cup
  • sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Ash gourd grated 2 Tbsp
  • nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • saffron strands 5
  • lemon juice 1 tsp

How to make Ash Gourd Piyush

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grate ash gourd and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. After grated ash gourd cools add all ingredients in mixer jar
  4. Blend until smooth consitancy comes.
  5. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

You can add yellow pumkin or bottle gourd insted of ash gourd.
