This is a delicious recipe, which has the flavours of pizza, a perfect recipe for Ramadan or Eid.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 Poories( whole wheat, Aataa)
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 50 gram Cottage Cheese
  4. 1 teaspoon red- green Chilli sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon boiled Corns
  6. 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  8. 1 teaspoon Capsicum
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black- white Pepper
  10. 5 teaspoon Mozzarella Cheese grated
  11. 100 gram refined oil( for making Poori)


  1. first of all fry thick Poori from aataa and keep it aside.
  2. Now cut potatoes, onion in round shape. Capsicum and Cottage cheese in small cubes.
  3. Mix all sauces in a small bowl and apply it on Poori use it as Pizza base then potatoes,onions , spread mixture then corns, cottage cheese and at last mazzrolla chese, oregano and chilli flakes.
  4. We are not using oven, so we take tawa, switch on gas apply little oil on it and put Poori Pizza on it and cover it with another metal bowl on v.sim flame.
  5. Check it after 3-4 minutes we will see that cheese is melting cover it again 2 minutes and our Poori Pizza is ready.
  6. Take serving plate put pizza on it with sauces or style of your choice.
