An amazingly beautifully done breakfast idea for a special weekend morning. Made with whole wheat flour, these are absolutely guilt free and healthy too. Looks very stunning too. Enjoy them with your families and friends for a lovely meal.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. FOR THE POORI DOUGH ; Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Capsicum thinly sliced 1
  6. Onion thinly sliced 1
  7. Tomatoes thinly sliced 2
  8. Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  9. Oregano or dry parsley 1 tsp
  10. Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
  11. Pizza sauce or chilli garlic sauce 1/4th cup


  1. Knead a smooth dough for the pooris.
  2. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a kadai or a wok.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 balls.
  5. Roll gently into round pooris.
  6. Deep fry them in hot oil on a medium to high flame.
  7. Keep an eye while frying.
  8. After done with frying, arrange them on a hot griddle.
  9. Apply the sauce first, then the cheese and followed by the toppings.
  10. And finally with sprinkle some chilli flakes on top.
  11. Cover for a minute just until the cheese melts.
  12. Poori pizzas are ready to be served hot.
