In a bowl add flour, milk powder, yeast and salt.
Mix all and knead it with lukewarm milk.
Keep it aside for half an hour in air tight container.
Transfer this to a slightly floured work table ,knead gently.
Now add butter and honey and knead it well for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add little flour if required.
After the above kneading it will automatically form smoother dough.
Do not need hard and do not add excess flour.
Placed the dough in a lightly greased bowl ,gently deflate the dough to shape the bread loaf and spread into a rectangular shape.
Cover it with plastic and let it rise until it doubles in size.
It will take approx 60 to 90 minutes.
just before baking brush the loaf with butter or milk.
Bake it in preheated oven at 220 temperature for 40 to 50 minutes.
After baking cover it with a cloth for approx 10 minutes.
After the completion of cooling process cut it into the slices.
