Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup fresh curd
  2. 3 tbsp rajgira atta
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tbsp green chilli ginger paste
  5. 5 -7 curry leaves
  6. 2 tbsp ghee
  7. Salt to taste (sendha namak)
  8. Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  9. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the ingredients together
  2. Disk the curd till smooth.
  3. Then add the rajgira atta ,water and mix well.
  4. Make sure there are no lumps formed.
  5. In a kadhai heat ghee, add cumin seeds ,curry leaves ,green chillies and ginger paste.
  6. Saute till the raw aroma goes away.
  7. Now add the curd mixture.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Stir continuously making sure it doesn't stick at the bottom of kad hai.
  10. Cook till it thickens.
  11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Can be served with khichdi , paratha , poori etc.
