Ingredients to make Kachi kadhi

  • 1 cup thick butter milk
  • 1 tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  • salt as required
  • Ingredients for tadka
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 2 piece dry red chilli
  • 1 tsp chopped curry leaves
  • For garnish
  • Rosated cumin powder , black salt, red chilli powder, fresh coriander

How to make Kachi kadhi

  1. Take a bowl add butter milk, ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt mix well
  2. In hot pan add oil or ghee and cumin seeds when cumin seeds begin to crackle add chopped green chilli, dry red chilli and curry leaves and stir it
  3. In serving bowl add prepare butter milk mixture
  4. Tadka pour over butter milk
  5. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt and fresh coriander
