ABOUT Kadhi paratha RECIPE

A paratha made with leftover kadhi pakoda, sumple to make yet delicious to eat. It tastes best when you make this with 2-3 days old kadhi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover kadhi with pakoda 1/2cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped green chillies 1/4tsp
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2tsp
  5. Chopped onion 2tbs
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying paratha approximately 2tbs


  1. Mix kadhi to wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Mix all other ingredients to this.
  3. Make a soft dough.
  4. Add water if required to make the dough.
  5. Keep it covered for 10 mins
  6. Now heat a tawa on medium flame.
  7. Divide the dough into balls of your required size.
  8. Roll into round chapati size using little flour.
  9. Nowput on the tawa and fry from both sides using oil.
  10. Serve hot with chutney or simply with pickle.
