Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ripe mango puree 1 cup
  2. 2 cups of whipped cream( i used Rich gold whipping cream)
  3. 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a puree of 1 cup with ripe mango and sugar.
  2. Whip the cream to soft peak
  3. Fold in the mango puree.
  4. Transfer it to a bowl,cover with a cling wrap
  5. Place it in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Mango ice cream is ready.Enjoy it.
