A superb refreshing drink for the summers

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups fresh curd
  2. 2 green chillies
  3. 1 inch ginger
  4. Fresh coriander leaves
  5. Fresh mint leaves
  6. 1 tsp black salt
  7. 1 tsp chaat masala
  8. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar add 2 tbsp of curd , green chillies , coriander leaves, mint leaves , salt ,black salt , chaat masala , roasted cumin seeds powder. Blend well.
  2. Mix this with the remaining curd.
  3. Whisk well.
  4. Refrigerate this for around 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy this refreshing drink to beat the heat.
