ABOUT Masala chaas RECIPE

Masaala chaas is a cool buttermilk drink to refresh oneself during fasting period .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yogurt 150 gms
  2. Chill water 2 glasses
  3. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Green chilly 1 long
  5. Rock Salt as required
  6. Freshly chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
  7. Freshly chopped mint leaves 2 teaspoons .
  8. Ginger a small piece
  9. Nutmeg powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. In a blender , take all the ingredients except coriander and mint leaves .
  2. Blend together finely .
  3. Transfer to the serving glasses .
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves .
  5. Chill chill masala chaas is ready !
