ABOUT Mint Masala Chaas RECIPE

Today I am having a cool refreshing drink recipe with freshness of mint and cooling effect of yogurt. This is not only healthy but quick too. You can prepare it in just five minutes or less and please everyone in a healthy way. Chaas is a well known drink to everyone and nearly prepared in every household in slight different way. I just added little more refreshing flavour to our regular drink to make it more appealing and satisfying.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1.5 cups thick fresh yogurt
  2. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  3. 1/4 cup fresh Mint leaves
  4. 1/4 tsp black salt
  5. 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar ( optional)
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water as required


  1. Blend 1/2 cup yogurt and rest of the ingredients except water until mint leaves are nicely crushed and well incorporated with yogurt.
  2. Now add rest of yogurt,salt and adequate water and blend well to smooth drink
  3. Pour in cold serving glass. Garnish with mint and serve cold
