Hung Curd Crispy Candy

Ingredients to make Hung Curd Crispy Candy

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Whole white sugar 1 cup
  • powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • saffron threads 8
  • nutmeg powder 1 pinch

How to make Hung Curd Crispy Candy

  1. Mix hung curd and whole white sugar in a bowl keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix properly and transfer in a non stick pan
  3. Keep stirring fo 10 to 15 minutes
  4. If it's not stick on plate then it is ready
  5. Remove from pan and transfer in a plate.
  6. After 5 minutes add saffron, nutmeg powder and powder sugar in it
  7. Knead the mixture properly and make a ball.
  8. Roll on the table top and give desire shape candies.
  9. After making all candies keep in air tight container.

My Tip:

You can add pistachio in it.
