This eggless oats yoghurt cake is a tasty and healthy snak option. Mainly required only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients to make Oats yoghurt moist cake

  • Oats 1 cup
  • Plain yoghurt 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup and little more
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • baking soda 1 pinch
  • cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Refined oil 1/2 cup and little more
  • For greasing clarified butter 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour all purpose flour 1 teaspoon for greasing

How to make Oats yoghurt moist cake

  1. Take oats and grind once in mixer take it in a bowl add baking powder and baking soda . Mix well
  2. Take the sugar and grind it also. You can use powderd sugar also
  3. Now mix the sugar and the Refined oil and cardamom powder blend it.
  4. In another mixing bowl whisk the yoghurt add the sugar oil mix and blend it.
  5. Now add the oat mix in small small quantities and blend properly.
  6. Now grease the baking container with clarified butter spread all over the corn flour the all purpose flour discursive the extra flower.
  7. Pour the cake batter in it. And bake it in preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes in convection mode .
  8. After completion of baking let it cool. Cut it and serve.

My Tip:

You can use vanilla or other essence of your choice.
