ABOUT Boondi Raita Kulfi !! RECIPE

Have you ever eaten a raita in kulfi form ?? Here I tried making this at home.....a fusion dish....A very different style of having the usual boondi raita... :heart_eyes:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Thick curd - 1 big cup
  2. Salted boondi - 1/2 cup
  3. Red chilly powder- 1/4 tspn
  4. Roasted jeera powder - 2 pinches
  5. Coriander leaves for garnish
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Kulfi containers

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and put curd....Whisk it ....Add salt ,chilly powder and jeera powder....
  2. Now add little boondi in the curd....Mix it....
  3. Now take the kulfi containers put a few boondi in the bottom...pour the curd mix in each container.
  4. Top it up again with some boondi.... Close the lid and freeze them for 2 to 3 hours
  5. Then after it gets frozen....Before serving remove it and keep for 5 minutes.
  6. Gently de mould it .... Garnish with boondi,coriander leaves....and sprinkle little jeera and chilly powder.... Enjoy frozen boondi kulfis :heart_eyes:
