Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups grated beetroot
  2. 200ml Condensed Milk
  3. 2 tbsp ghee
  4. Roasted cashew half broken 10 pieces
  5. 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  6. 1/4 tesp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on medium heat,add 1/2tbsp ghee .
  2. Add the grated beetroot and saute till raw smell goes.
  3. To this add sugar and condensed milk
  4. Let boil keep stiring
  5. Once it starts to thicken add the remaining ghee and cardamom powder.
  6. Keep stirring,cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.Transfer to a serving plate garnish with roasted cashews.
  7. Serve it hot or cold,it tastes good both the ways.
