ABOUT Paneer bhurji RECIPE

Paneer bhurji is made from greated or crumbled paneer. The recipe is go well with paratha or naan.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3-4 onion
  2. 2-3 green chilli
  3. 250 grm paneer
  4. Dry masala :-
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/8 tsp asafoetida
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin
  11. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  12. salt to taste
  13. 1 tab oil


  1. Firstly chop the onions and green chilli and keep aside.
  2. Then crumble or grate the paneer and keep aside.
  3. Now heat oil in pan then add cumin, Asafoetida let cumin spultter.
  4. Add onions and green chillis and cook until golden brown.
  5. Add all the masala in it and cook for about 4-5 minutes then add Paneer again cook for 4-5 min on simmer flame.
  6. Garnish with coriander serve hot with chapati or naan.
