Healthy protein rich balls.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup oats
  2. Almond 1/4 cup
  3. walnut 1/4 cup
  4. 10-15 dates

Instructions

  1. Soak dates in water for around 15 minutes and remove the seeds.
  2. Roast oats,almonds and Walnut and allow them to cool.
  3. Mix all the above ingredients and blend them.
  4. Shape mixture into balls and refrigerate.
  5. Enjoy!
