Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Small size Potato 10 pieces
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Oil to fry
  5. Termeric powder 1/2 a spoon
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 a spoon
  7. Fennel seeds powder 1/2 a spoon
  8. Cashew nut powder 1 table spoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 table spoon
  10. Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
  11. Finely chopped coriander leaves
  12. 2 green chillis


  1. Peel the potatoes and dip into water atleast for 10 minuts
  2. After that deep fry the potatoes untill become golden brown
  3. In a bowl pour the curd and beat it Add red chilli powder, fennel seeds powder, cashew nut powder, salt and coriander powder on it.
  4. In a pan heat the oil, add cumin seeds and green chilli
  5. When it get splutter add termeric powder and a cup of water in it
  6. Boil the water and pour the better made with curd in it
  7. When the oil appears in the upper layer add potatoes, mix it well
  8. Simmer for 5 minuts
  9. Add coriander leaves, serve hot
  10. Enjoy with rice and chapaties
