Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Aalu 4 medium sized
  2. 2 tablespoon water
  3. 2 tablespoon oil
  4. 1 teaspoon jakhia
  5. 1 teaspoon jeera
  6. 2 - 3 chopped hari mirch
  7. 1 teaspoon haldi
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
  10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small polybag put the peeled aalu and water and put into microwave oven for boiling it for 4 minutes.
  2. Now in a kadhai add oil and heat it.
  3. Now add jakhia,jeera and wait fir 30 seconds
  4. Now add hari mirch and haldi, garam masala and mix all well
  5. After 4 minutes slices the aalus or give your favourite shape
  6. Now put the aalu in the tadka. And sprinkle lemon juice
  7. Now add salt and mix all welll. Serve with tea
