Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm skin removed karela
  2. 150 gm aalu
  3. 100 kaju
  4. Oil for frying
  5. 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. 2 tsp Dhaniya and jeera powder
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  8. 1/2 tsp mango(dry)powder
  9. 3 tsp powder sugar
  10. Salt to taste


  1. Remove the skin of karela (bitter guard) and potatoes
  2. Heat oil
  3. Fry karela, potato and kaju
  4. Now add all the spices in it
  5. Mix it.
  6. Sabji is ready to serve.
