Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Karelas 6
  2. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  3. Corriander powder 2 tsp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Turmeric 1 tsp
  6. Amchur 1 tsp
  7. Oil to fry
  8. All spices as per taste

Instructions

  1. Remove skin of karela slit it.
  2. Wash it and keep it in water .
  3. Add salt in it and mix well
  4. Soak 1/2 hour.
  5. Fry it and Stuff it with all spices
  6. Put little water and cover cook till fully soft.
  7. Put tamarind and jaggery paste , Simmer till it dries.
