Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Brinjal big 2
  2. Curd 1/2 ltr
  3. Chopped onion cup
  4. Chopped coriander cup
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  7. Daniya powder 1/4 tsp


  1. Keep brinjal on medium flame for roasting.
  2. Once brinjal turns black on all sides
  3. Keep this burned brinjal into cold water
  4. Remove the skin of brinjal
  5. Make a paste of the roasted brinjal pulp.
  6. Take a bowl put curd, beat well add onion,coriander, brinjal paste.
  7. Add salt,chili powder,daniya [coriander] powder
  8. Mix well all those ingredients take a serving bowl
  9. Put brinjal raitha ,garnish with chili powder,coriander
  10. Ready to serve
