ABOUT Pumpkin Raita RECIPE

This is a delicious raita which is even very good for toddlers.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pumpkin 250gram
  2. Curd 300Gram
  3. Black salt according to taste
  4. Ajwain 1/4tsp
  5. Roasted jeera pw 1/2Tsp
  6. Coriander leaves and green chillies

Instructions

  1. Cut The pumpkin in big chunks .Take a pan .Boil the water in a saucepan, add the pumpkin pieces and boil them.
  2. Once boiled enough, strain and let these get cooled.
  3. Now add the boiled pumpkin pieces to the curd along with the spices and required amount of salt. Mix well and served chilled.
