ABOUT Yogurt Bread (No oven ,No yeast ) RECIPE

Healthy probiotic rich homemade whole wheat yogurt bread . This bread is yeast free which makes this even special.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. whole wheat flour 450 grams
  2. yogurt 300 grams
  3. salt 1.5 teaspoon
  4. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  5. olive oil 1 tablespoon
  6. olive oil 1 teaspoon for brushing the bread once
  7. Sparkling mineral water 150 ml

Instructions

  1. Take 450 grams whole wheat flour in a wide bowl .
  2. Add baking powder .
  3. Add salt .
  4. Mix all together with a spatula.
  5. Add 300 grams plain yogurt .
  6. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil .
  7. Add 150 ml sparkling mineral water
  8. Mix all together to a smooth bread dough .
  9. Place a baking sheet on a baking tray / plate .
  10. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet.
  11. Level the surface and sides to form a shape .
  12. Now place the baking tray in the preheated cooker . Preheat cooker for 10 minutes in low heat .
  13. Bake the cake in the covered cooker for 30 minutes in medium heat .
  14. Brush olive oil on the bread once .
  15. Bake till sides and top turn golden brown .
  16. Always use a fork to check baking condition .
  17. Clean, moistfree fork indicates perfect bake .
  18. Switch off the heat . Cool the bread and then serve .
  19. Homemade yogurt bread ready in few simpler steps.
