Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oatmeal- 1Tbsp
  2. Mangoes- 2 no.
  3. Milk- 1/2 cup
  4. Hung curd- 2 tbsp
  5. Roohafza 1Tbsp according to your taste
  6. Almonds and nuts or tutti fruity


  1. 1-Dry roast Oatmeal till rawness goes .
  2. 2-Boil milk and add roasted oatmeal n boil on simmer till gets thick consistency .
  3. 3-Meanwhile make mangoes puree by blending in a blender.
  4. 4-When oat milk cools down then add it to mango puree in the blender add hung curd, roohafzaa syrup / rose essence and blend it well.
  5. 5-Take out from blender and pour it in kulfi moulds ,garnish with almonds and nuts.
  6. 6- Chill for 5-6 hours in freezer.
  7. 7- While serving take them out of the moulds and enjoy your no sugar no cream mango oats kulfi ,can' t wait relish it before it melts ,enjoy!!
