An easy and no cook recipe.

Mango Kulfi ( no cook)

Ingredients to make Mango Kulfi ( no cook)

  • 2 cups mango Pulp
  • 3/4 - 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • For garnishing chopped nuts and cherries

How to make Mango Kulfi ( no cook)

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour it in the kulfi mould, popsicle mould / small bowls covered and keep it in the freezer for minimum 8 hours or overnight.
  3. To de-mould kulfi keep the mould under running water for few seconds.
  4. Sprinkle some chopped nuts and cherries and serve.
