Khandvi was loved by my family,any time snack,here i show the method can be done easily


Ingredients to make Khandvi

  • 1 cup besan flour
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chille paste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • A pinch asfoetida
  • coriander leaves

How to make Khandvi

  1. Grease bottom of two dinner plates
  2. Beat the curd,and add water as mentioned and then add besan flour,beat all to gether
  3. Add salt ,green chille paste ,turmeic powder,and beat mix to a homogeneous mixture
  4. Take a thick bottomed flame ,add the batter ,keep in medium flame, stirring continuously.
  5. It takes about 15 minutes roughly to cook
  6. Can test spreading a spoonful ,
  7. Once done immediately spread on the back side of the greeased thali
  8. Let it cool ,cut into strips,and roll the strips
  9. Arrange in plate,
  10. Take oil in pan ,add mustard seeds and sesame seeds ,when splutters add asfoetida and pour on the khandvis
  11. Dress with coriander leaves

Tske little sour curd
