Coconut Delight

Ingredients to make Coconut Delight

  • 200 ml of Condensed milk
  • 11/2 Cup dry grated coconut powder
  • Few drop of rose essence or 1 Tablespoon of rose syrup
  • 1 Fresh rose (optional if available)
  • 1 Tablespoon of finely chopped pista (pistachio nut)
  • 1 Sheet butter paper

How to make Coconut Delight

  1. In a bowl take coconut powder, add condensed milk to this and mix it well.
  2. Now take another bowl and divide the mixture in two parts. Half in one bowl and rest half in another one.
  3. In one bowl add rose essence or rose syrup and finely chopped rose petals and mix this nicely and keep aside as shown in picture.
  4. Now take a butter paper sheet, spread it and spread the plain mixture of coconut and condense milk on this, form a thin layer as shown in picture.
  5. Now spread the mixture with rose essence and rose petals and form a layer of it as shown in picture.
  6. Now spread finely chopped pista in centre as shown below.
  7. Now fold the butter paper sheet and form a roll kind of. Keep this roll in refrigerator for 2 hours or till serving.
  8. Before serving cut the roll in rounds Enjoy Coconut delight ...

My Tip:

Make sure that coconut and milkmaid mixture is in a dough kind of consistency If you want more sweet you can add caster sugar to this according to your taste
