Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Small Mango - 4
  2. Water - 1/8 cup
  3. Salt - 1/4 tsp
  4. Jaggery - 1 tbsp
  5. Grated fresh coconut - 1/4 cup
  6. Black mustard - 1/8 tsp
  7. Dried Red chillies - 1

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes. Cut the cheeks into rough pieces and save the peel.
  2. To the peels add 1/8 cup of water abs extract juice. Add this to the Mango pieces.
  3. Grind red chillies, coconut, mustard, jaggery, salt into a paste.
  4. Mix the paste with the mangoes. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
