Mango kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango kulfi

  • Milk 1/2 litter
  • sugar 1/2 kap
  • Pistha, almond,hand full
  • saffron few
  • Cardaman 2
  • mango pulp 1/2 kap
  • Corn flour 1 table spoon

How to make Mango kulfi

  1. Soak the saffran in some warm milk .keep aside
  2. Soak almond ,pistha in water 15 minutes& grind them into a paste
  3. Boil the milk in a sauce pan.simmer & then add the nuts paste made earlier
  4. Now add sugar and stir till it dissolves
  5. Now add saffron,cordamon powder
  6. Add corn flour with little water
  7. Now add the above slurry into the simmering milk mix
  8. Once it is thick end switch off the flame
  9. Cool it
  10. Add the mango pulp
  11. Mix well
  12. Fill this mixture into the kulfi mode
  13. Freeze 7,8 hours
  14. De mould and serve
