Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 tetra pack amul cream
  2. 200 ml condensed milk
  3. 3 tbsp mango syrup
  4. 1 cup mango puree
  5. 1/2 cup roasted cashew and kishmish


  1. Take a blender add cream,condensed milk and mango syrup.blend it till smooth
  2. Now transfer it jn a bowl .
  3. Take apan add mango puree and cook it for 5 to 6 min. Till transparent.cool it down.
  4. Transfer it in the cream mixture and use ghe technique of cut n fold.
  5. Add roasted cashews and kishmish in it.
  6. Put it in a mould and cover it. Put it in a fridger for 2 hrs.
  7. Now take it out from the fridger and mix it well. Now set it for 5-6 hr or overnight in fridger.
  8. Serve chilled.
