Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw Mango:- 400gm
  2. Masoor daal:- 100gm
  3. Black mustared seeds:- 1 tsp
  4. Whole red chili:- 1 piece
  5. Green chili:- 2-3 piece
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Termeric powder:- 1 tsp
  8. Mustared oil:- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the daal in pressure cooker and set aside.
  2. Cut into pieces the mango.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan add mustared,red chili,green chili satue till fragrent.
  4. Add mango and satue. Add salt and cover and cook 5 min.
  5. Add daal and nice stir. Add termeric and stir and cook it 3-4 min in low flame.
  6. Garnished with green chili and serve hot.
