Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over dal...1 big katori
  2. Wheat flour....1 big katori
  3. Grated raw mango....1 tablespoon
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Ajwain...1 teaspoon
  6. Oil to fry


  1. Make a tight dough of all the items except oil. Keep it covered for 15 minutes
  2. Heat oil. Make small balls from the dough
  3. Roll out discs from the balls and fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve with achar or any sabji
  5. Here served with aloo ka jhol
