Ingredients to make Aam paan

  • A big sized mango
  • khoya or mawa 1 tablespoon
  • cashew 3-4 chopped
  • almond 3-4 sliced
  • pistachio chopped 1 tsp
  • dessicated coconut 1 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  • saunf powder 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1 tablespoon

How to make Aam paan

  1. cut thin slices of the mango...
  2. I have prepared mawa at home...microwave mawa with sugar and 1 tablespoon milk for 30 seconds
  3. add roasted chopped cashew and almonds
  4. add cardamom powder and saunf powder and mix well
  5. take a slice of mango...take 1 tsp of the filling on the slice and fold it like a paan
  6. put some pistachio on the top
  7. refrigerate for 30 minutes
  8. sprinkle some dessicated coconut on the top and serve
