Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Totapuri raw mangoes 2 Oil 2 tsp Haldi 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Dhania powder 1 tsp Hing pinch Rai 1/2 tsp Jeera 1/2 tsp Kalaunji 1/2 tsp Methidana 1/2 tsp Jaggery 1 cup Green chillies 2-3 Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel the mangoes n cut the mangoes. Pieces to be not too small . 2. In a wok add oil add hing rai jeera methidana kalaungi 3. Add haldi mirchi dhania powder slit green chillies chopped mangoes n stir well 4. Add around 1 cup water n salt . 5. Cover n cook till mangoes are soft( not too soft) 6. Add jaggery n cook on low flame till it thickens. 7. Serve with food daily. 8. Can be refrigerated for 10-12 days. 9. Happy Cooking
