ABOUT Mango oats porridge RECIPE

Mango Oats porridge is a healthy & quick recipe for babies. It can be served to kids as well as adults. It is easy to make and rich in high fiber & high protein. It's main ingredients are milk, mango & oats. U can add fruits of ur choice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats half cup
  2. Milk one glass
  3. Almonds 5-6
  4. Peeled and roughly chopped mango one
  5. Honey instead of sugar one spoon

Instructions

  1. Add almonds in a grinder and grind it in to a fine powder.
  2. Add mango in a blender and blend into smooth puree.
  3. Take one cup milk and half cup water in a pan. Boil it.
  4. Add oats. Stir well for two minutes until thickens.
  5. Add one teaspoon almonds powder in it. Mix well.
  6. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  7. Add this mixture in to the mango puree.
  8. Add honey in it. Blend it for two minutes.
  9. It's ready.
