About Thai MeatBalls Oats Porridge Recipe

The Thai type of porridge with crispy fried meatballs porridge.

Thai MeatBalls Oats Porridge

Ingredients to make Thai MeatBalls Oats Porridge

  • Minced meat - 2 cups
  • garlic pods - 3
  • egg -1
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
  • For porridge :
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped veggies - 2 cups
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • water - 3 Cups
  • coconut milk - 1 cup
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste

How to make Thai MeatBalls Oats Porridge

  1. Add minced meat chopped garlic egg cheese pepper powder bread crumbs chopped coriander leaves in a large bowl.
  2. Mix them and shape them into equal sized balls.
  3. Add oil in a large pan and fried out the balls until they become crisp outside.
  4. Add butter in the same pan and add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
  5. After that add the half cup of oats and saute them too.
  6. Add chopped veggies coconut milk and water. Boil for a minute.
  7. Add the fried meatballs.
  8. Add pepper powder and boil them till the porridge thickens.
  9. Finally add the chilli flakes. Squeeze out the lemon and enjoy its every sip.

My Tip:

You can add veggies of our choice. You can use any kind of meat for making the meatballs.
