Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 pieces of parval , peeled , deseeded and washed
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. FOR STUFFING
  5. 3 tbsp mawa
  6. 1/4 cup mango pulp
  7. 2 tbsp sugar
  8. 2 tbsp chopped dry nuts like pista , badam , chironji
  9. 2 tbsp mango crush for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First make sugar syrup
  2. Add water and sugar in a patila
  3. Cook on medium heat until one boil comes
  4. Then add the parval pieces to the boiling syrup
  5. Cook on low heat until the parvat becomes soft and becomes little dark in colour
  6. If you want more darker colour you can boil them only in water along with little soda
  7. You can also add colour to the syrup
  8. When take out the parval pieces in a plate
  9. For The Stuffing
  10. Cook mawa on low heat for 5 minutes and take it out in a bowl
  11. In the same pan cook mango pulp along with sugar
  12. Cook the mixture , stirring continuously , until becomes thick , on low heat
  13. Now add the mawa mixture to the mango mixture and mix well
  14. Add chopped dry nuts also to the mixture
  15. The mango mawa mixture and chopped dry nuts
  16. Let the mixture cool down
  17. Then fill the mixture in the parval
  18. Fill it nicely so that the shape of a parval comes out
  19. Fill the other parval also
  20. Arrange the ready parval ki mithai in a serving plate
  21. Drizzle some mango crush on top
