ABOUT Bhutta.. (Roasted corn on the cob) RECIPE

A must have monsoon snack that is loved by all Indians. Though it is usually bought from street vendors, this can be made at home too. The hot, crunchy and buttery corn kernels taste so heavenly when eaten on a rainy day. It's a bliss. Happy Monsoon Season!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole Corn on the cob 1
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Butter 1 tsp
  4. Lemon juice 1 tsp


  1. Roast the corn directly on the burning charcoals.
  2. Flip over and make sure it is done from all the sides.
  3. Smear some butter on it.
  4. Squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle salt as per one's liking.
  5. Enjoy it super hot on a rainy day.
