Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 kg chicken ( medium size pieces)
  2. 1 cup coriander leaves
  3. Small bunch of mint leaves
  4. 5 Green chillies
  5. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbs cumin seeds
  7. 2 tbs lemon juice
  8. 2 medium size onions ( sliced
  9. 1 tbs whole garam masala ( clove, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cardamom,
  10. 3 tbs oil,or butter
  11. 1 tbs fry onions for garnish
  12. Pinch of green colour

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash chicken properly. Both green leaves and green chili mix and grind them.
  2. Heat oil in a pot,add cumin seeds and whole garam masala.
  3. Add onions and fry until soft,then add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Saute 2 to 3 minutes then add chicken pieces.
  5. Fry till light brown,then add green paste and pinch of green colour.
  6. Add 1/2 glass of water and lemon juice.
  7. Mix properly and cover, Cook 5 minutes on medium heat.
  8. After turn off the flame.
  9. Sprinkle some fry onion on top of the chicken.
  10. Serve with naan or roti.
