Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. gram flour one cup
  2. Methi Bhaji 1 tablespoon
  3. green chilli 2
  4. coriander leaves half tablespoon
  5. salt to taste
  6. oil as desired
  7. carom seeds half teaspoon
  8. asafoetida a Pinch

Instructions

  1. make a paste of gram floor by adding salt in it
  2. Add Red chilli powder carom seeds chopped and washed methi bhaji in it
  3. Heat oil in kadai
  4. Make bhajiyas of desired size and fry in hot oil till crisp and brown
