Malai Ladoo

Ingredients to make Malai Ladoo

  • 250 grams fresh paneer
  • Condensed milk 1/2 can
  • Elachi powder
  • rose essence
  • kesar 10-12 strands
  • pistachios sliced

How to make Malai Ladoo

  1. Grate paneer and make smooth.
  2. Heat a pan add condensed milk and grated paneer and mix well.
  3. Add rose essence.
  4. Keeping stirring till mixture leave sides Or paneer mixture become thick like dough.
  5. Switch off the flame.
  6. Let it cool make balls out of it garnish it with kesar and pistachio sliced.

My Tip:

You can use sugar powder instead of Condensed milk.
