Easy and tasty recipe,with yummy taste of cashew,grapes and coconut.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup wheat flour.
  2. 3 tbsp Rice flour
  3. 1 1/2 tabsp finely chopped coconut.
  4. 2 tbsp roasted cashew peices
  5. 1 tbsp dry grapes fried in ghee.
  6. 1/ 2 cup jaggery syrup ,a little thick
  7. 3/4 tesp cardamom powder
  8. Ghee or oil to make the dosa
  9. Water to make the batter
  10. Pinch salt


  1. In a bowl add wheat and rice flour.
  2. To this add jaggery syrup and enough water ,mix to dosa batter consistency without lumps.
  3. Add sallt,cardamom,cashew,dry grapes and coconut mix well.
  4. Place tawa on medium heat add ghee pour a little batter and spread round to a small size dosa.Drizzle ghee around it .
  5. Cook golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove serve hot.
