Besan Ke Ladoo

Ingredients to make Besan Ke Ladoo

  • 2 bowl chickpeas flour (mota)
  • Approximately 3/4 cup desi ghee
  • 1 bowl sugar
  • 2 tbsp mix dry fruit (powdered )

How to make Besan Ke Ladoo

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom kadai .
  2. Add chickpeas flour and roast it stirring continously on medium flame.
  3. When its color changes and nice aroma came out. Turn off the gas
  4. Mix grind sugar & powderd dry fruits in it.
  5. Mix it well..leave it few minutes.
  6. When its ready to handle..means not too hot makes smooth balls with it.
  7. Keep them seperate.
  8. When completely cool down keep it in jars.

My Tip:

Don't roast it on high flame. Make ladoos before the mixture cools down completely.
