About besan ke laddo Recipe

laddo is one of my favourite dish

besan ke laddo

Ingredients to make besan ke laddo

  • besan(gram flour)- 2 cups
  • ghee- 1/2 cup and more if required
  • powdered sugar- 1 cup
  • cardmon powder-1 tsp
  • some chopped dry fruits as your choice

How to make besan ke laddo

  1. take a heavy bottomed pan add melted ghee. add besan and roast the besan on low flame for about 10 minutes. keep the stirring continuously. so that the besan is not burned.
  2. besan would start to give a nice fragrance and will start to releasing ghee.it turns golden brown in color. switch off the flame.
  3. remove the pan from gasand add powdered sugar. stir well so that the no lumps are found.
  4. add cardmon powder and chopped nuts. mix well .let it cool down.
  5. make small sized laddo and store them in air tight container.
