Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 3 cups
  2. Cottage cheese. 1/2 cup crumbled( 50 gms)
  3. Sugar. 6 tblsp
  4. Cardamom powder 3-4 green crushed
  5. Dry fruits almonds ,cashew ,pistachios 1/4 cup
  6. Few saffron strands


  1. 1-In a wok bring milk to boil for 15 minutes, stir in between till milk has reduced and thickened, simmer on low flame.
  2. 2-Add sugar to it stir it well.
  3. 3-Add cardamom powder.
  4. 4-Add saffron strands which are already soaked in warm milk.
  5. 5- Add chopped nuts.
  6. 6- Add crumbled paneer or grated paneer stir for 5 minutes more.
  7. 7- Rich creamy paneer / cottage cheese is ready.
  8. 8- Serve hot or chilled as you wish
