Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer/cottage cheese 200 grams
  2. pumpkin 200 grams
  3. tomato two medium sized
  4. salt as per taste
  5. milk half cup
  6. Turmeric 1/4th teaspoon
  7. red chilli powder/degi mirch one teaspoon
  8. Oil one tablespoon
  9. butter one teaspoon
  10. water three fourth cup
  11. Two Onions


  1. roast pumpkin on gas flame and keep aside to cool
  2. puree tomatoes and keep
  3. cut paneer in desired shape keep
  4. peel pumpkin and purée it in a grinder
  5. heat oil and add butter to it
  6. then add ground onion paste fry it till golden
  7. now add pumpkin and tomato puree
  8. fry both purée of pumpkin and tomato together till oil keaves sides
  9. now add milk and water to it
  10. boil on medium flame for five minutes
  11. add paneer and cook for a minute
  12. serve hot
