Rangeelo dhebra

Ingredients to make Rangeelo dhebra

  • 1 cup bajra flour.
  • 1 cup wheat flour.
  • 1/2 cup semolina.
  • 1 tbsp rice flour.
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds .
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds.
  • 1 tsp carom seeds.
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi.
  • salt to taste.
  • oil for deep frying.
  • water as required.
  • Pinch of yellow , green , red and orange food colour.
  • Mint dip and peanut dip for serving.

How to make Rangeelo dhebra

  1. The ingredients for dhebra.
  2. Mix all together
  3. Divide in 4 portions.
  4. Add green colour in one portion.
  5. Add yellow colour in other portion.
  6. Add red colour in 3rd portion
  7. Add orange colour in the 4th portion.
  8. Knead all the dough seperately and make balls.
  9. Roll out yellow chapati and keep aside.
  10. Similarly orange chapati and keep aside.
  11. Make green and red as well.
  12. Now arrange one over the other by applying a little oil .
  13. Roll them all together as shown
  14. Cut this into 1 inch thick pieces.
  15. Slightly press them.
  16. Now roll out medium sized puris from these.
  17. Prepare all the same way.
  18. Deep fry them on medium flame.
  19. Dhebra is ready to serve.
  20. Serve them hot with mint dip and peanut dip.
