This is a gujrati recipe which was passed on by my granny:-)

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour-1 cup
  2. Bajra flour-1 cup
  3. Jowar flour-1 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Ginger garlic and green chilli paste-1 tbsp
  6. White sesame seeds-1 tbsp
  7. Fenugreek leaves-1 cup(finely chopped)
  8. Curd-4 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  10. Oil-1 tbsp and more for roasting the dhebras


  1. Mix all the three flours,fenugreek leaves,salt,masalas,sesame seeds,oil,curd and make a dough like chapati dough.
  2. The dough will be soft and smooth.
  3. Make balls and roll like chapati taking some dry wheat flour for rolling.Keep these little thick.
  4. Put on pan.Turn when some brown spots appear and then turn.Put oil now and again flip and roast like parathas.
  5. Serve hot with curd,pickle,sauce.
